The ACME Comedy School offers classes in Improv, Sketch, and Stand-up Comedy.  Through intensive levels of instruction in a supportive and structured environment, students will find their funny and learn to hone their comedic talents.  Every program features fundamental and advanced skill development as well as performance opportunities appropriate for beginners and experienced actors.

The Improv training program consists of the Improv Elements Series, Improv Advanced Series, and Improv Comedy Performance courses.  Select students who have completed the Improv Comedy Performance course may be invited to join ACME as an improv performance company member.

The Sketch Comedy Writing and Sketch Comedy Performance courses are fun, intensive experiences which can also lead to performing at ACME.  Select students who have completed these courses may be invited to join ACME as a sketch performance company member.

The Stand-up Comedy course is very popular, and many of our stand-up students have gone on to perform at premier comedy clubs in Los Angeles and throughout the U.S.

Whichever programs you decide to pursue, you'll find the curriculum at ACME the best around. Check out the specifics of each class below!
